Esooko is the ultimate marketplace for eco-conscious fashion lovers. By buying and selling pre-loved clothes, Esooko users actively and purposefully support environmental initiatives.
Experiencing the user
We kicked off with an extensive market research process. We conducted in-depth, hour-long interviews with teens and young adults to identify user personas unique to Esooko. From there, we created multiple user journeys, forcing us to encounter every user’s need, and solve for it.
User flow exploration
To guarantee a seamless and consistent user experience across various devices, we meticulously designed multiple user flows. This approach allowed us to address the unique needs of each user persona while ensuring smooth navigation and interaction with the online marketplace.
High-fidelity wireframes
Stripped of distracting aesthetics, we developed comprehensive, high-fidelity wireframes to refine content and information architecture. Usability and accessibility had to be frictionless. App design, especially for discerning youth, demands effortless interaction and excellent user experience.
Designing the future of fashion
Once wireframes were faultless, we moved onto the app user interface. We designed a library of scalable, replicable graphic elements to work seamlessly across iOS and Android. Our all-inclusive style guides detail typography, colour, image and iconography usage.
We conducted regular prototyping with users to guarantee authenticity of expression and meaningful user experience.
