Branding a consulting agency determined to transform the landscape of business.
Inspired strategy, culture change and creativity set TPA apart from the common consultancy. They needed a gutsy brand to bring their vision to life.
Immersion
We ran a full-day creative workshop with TPA’s leadership team to understand the company and its people; where they’ve come from and where they want to go. We gained deep perspective from on-site research, focus groups, working directly on projects and attending exceptional leadership events.
Brand strategy
TPA had a portfolio and an enduring mission that laid the foundation for honest, out-of-the-box identity design. The proposition was clear: We believe in creating a better workplace, for better performance, with better possibilities.
Brand identity
We created dozens of logo designs to uncover the best possible visual for a brand as direct, adaptive and often paradoxical as TPA.
We asked ourselves
How do we establish independence and maintain flexibility? How do we allow for different interpretations of performance? How do we introduce a brand that creates a conversation?
Now, TPA has potential written into its DNA.
We created a logomark with an aperture, to reflect change, performance, culture, #Better, and all those who work for and with TPA. The brand identity is potent and energetic; just like the company itself.
Look twice
We chose typography for form and significance. Knockout, named after boxing weights, is authoritative and clan-like. Avenir balances Knockout; humanist and approachable.
Now you’re talking our language
We invigorated TPA’s tone of voice to speak a provocative language that asserts and questions. This is direct content that digs into the good stuff. Story communicates grand vision, complex offerings and precious Core Beliefs.
We balanced visual and verbal language to communicate a brand that is at once robust and sensitive, edgy and accessible, fearless and vulnerable.
Web design
TPA’s website is used for direct business development. It demands clarity of concept, and evidence of impact. We designed intuitive navigation and scalable user interface elements to deliver a bold website, uncluttered by fluff and galvanised with attitude.
