Project duration varies depending on the scope and complexity. It could be as short as an hour for minor adjustments or up to two months for extensive projects involving multiple screens, workshops, and research. Rest assured, our experienced team will work efficiently to deliver high-quality results as soon as possible.

No problem at all! We can seamlessly integrate with your existing design team or function as a separate resource dedicated to growth. We’re open to discussing your requirements and finding a solution that best fits your needs.

Unfortunately, we can’t pick up a project midway. Our process is comprehensive and requires us to start from scratch to ensure the high-quality results our clients expect. However, we can certainly work with any relevant text and imagery from your current project.

We require a 50% upfront payment and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the final files. Our transparent pricing means no hidden fees, ever. However, please note that third-party service integrations like MailChimp or Stock photography sites may charge additional fees for their services.

We include two to three rounds of revisions with every project to ensure you have complete oversight of the creative direction. While our seasoned heroes rarely encounter dissatisfaction, we’re always open to making additional adjustments until you’re completely satisfied.

Absolutely! If your project hasn’t begun and no work has been done, we’re happy to provide a full refund. For projects already underway, we can offer partial refunds based on the time invested and the work remaining.
