Content
Content that gives people a reason to care.
Most content fills space. Yours should do a job – explain the thing, answer the objection, get someone to move. We shape messaging that sounds like a person wrote it, because one did.
Our Focus
People decide in seconds. Give them something to decide with.
People decide quickly. Strong content helps them understand who you are, what you do, and why it matters without forcing them to work for it.
01
Clarity that connects
We turn complicated ideas into messaging people can actually understand, remember, and act on.
02
A voice people recognise
We define how you sound, then write it down, so your site, your campaigns and your team all match.
03
Strategy behind the words
Good content isn’t just written well. It’s planned properly, aligned with goals, audience, and the actions you want people to take.

Untold Heroes are some of the most enjoyable people to work with. Every piece of work they do is ahead of time and of the highest quality. And they are extremely dedicated to any task you put in front of them. We originally asked them to design the UI/UX of our new fashion marketplace and once we saw the amazing results, we knew we wanted them for every future design project!

I have worked with Untold Heroes for a number of years now and can honestly say that they are brilliant. As the co-owner of a small marketing and design agency, we need partners that we can trust and rely on, and who can be flexible and on hand when we need them, and Untold Heroes – especially Warren – are second to none. They are so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, professional – everything you need. Can't recommend highly enough!

We've been using Untold Heroes for web hosting and website management at Mallett for a while now, and they've been excellent throughout. Warren and the team are responsive, reliable, and really easy to deal with — exactly what you want from a technical partner when your focus is on running your business, not worrying about your website. The service just works.

Plenty of teams can. The ones who struggle aren’t bad writers; they’re too close to it. Ten years inside a business makes it very hard to hear how you sound to someone encountering you for the first time.
Access to people more than documents. A couple of conversations with whoever talks to your customers is worth more than a folder of old brochures. If you have research, analytics or sales objections written down, we’ll take those too.
We listen to how you already talk, then write it down. Most businesses have a voice, it’s just living in a founder’s emails and nowhere else. Tone of voice work is usually less about inventing something than catching what’s already there and making it repeatable.
Yes, but not at the expense of the reader. Copy stuffed with keywords reads like copy stuffed with keywords, and people leave. We’ll work to your target terms and tell you when chasing one is costing you more than it’s worth.
Not for the writing itself. We use it the way you’d use a research assistant: background reading, structuring an argument, pressure-testing a draft. The words that reach your site are written and edited by people, because machine-written copy has a texture readers can feel even when they can’t name it.
Usually. An audit first tells us what’s worth keeping, what needs rewriting, and what should quietly disappear. Starting from scratch is sometimes right, but it’s rarely the cheapest route and we won’t pretend otherwise.
Two and in practice the first round is the big one. If we’re still circling after that, the problem is usually the brief rather than the copy, and we’ll say so.
That happens more than you’d expect, and it’s useful information. Disagreement about how to describe the business is normally disagreement about the business. We’d rather surface that in a workshop than paper over it with copy nobody quite believes.
