The NHS and the Department of Health and Social Care had a hospital building programme to explain, and an audience of patients and staff rather than policy readers. We built it in 3D from the ground up: the environments, the architecture, the characters who move through them. The website then used that 3D to walk someone around a building that doesn’t exist yet, which is a good deal easier to take in than a consultation document.
